Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hand control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
- Welding certifications (AWS or similar)
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of different metals (steel, aluminum, stainless)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on job requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper operation
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
