Overview
We are hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators and Production Team Members in Smyrna, TN for a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment. Forklift operators will handle loading and unloading trucks, operating equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining a clean workspace while following all safety protocols. New hires receive one week of paid training on 1st shift to ensure confidence before transitioning to their assigned schedule. This position offers $19.00/hour with 3rd shift availability. Production team members will receive 2 days of paid, shift-specific training, with multiple shifts available. This is a stable opportunity with competitive pay and a supportive team environment.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should have at least one year of sit-down forklift experience, with certification preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain strong attention to safety and detail, and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Flexibility to work overtime and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas are also important.
