What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Complete preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and facility equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Maintenance or mechanical experience required
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable with a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
