We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Associate/Printing Assistant to join our production team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro in the signage world or a motivated maker looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in "the details" and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative shop environment.

What You’ll Do as a Production Associate/Printing Assistant:
- Assist with vinyl weeding, trimming, laminating, and packaging
- Load materials and prep jobs for printers and cutters
- Operate or learn to operate UV flatbed and roll to roll printers
- Monitor print quality and check finished products before shipment
- Perform basic machine cleaning and daily maintenance
- Support production leads with day to day shop tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized production space

Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Prior print shop, sign shop, or hands on production experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with your hands and production equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control awareness
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
- Basic computer skills required
- Graphic design experience in Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus but not required.
