🕐 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM (OT required)
We are currently hiring a Quality Inspector for a hands-on role supporting crate assembly operations with a leading logistics company. This position works directly on the floor inspecting custom-built shipping crates and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect shipping crates to ensure they meet quality standards (50%)
- Identify issues and provide recommendations for improvements (40%)
- Communicate findings clearly to production teams (10%)
- Support production during downtime and assist where needed
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of recent quality inspection experience (within the last 2 years)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
- Experience with industrial tools
- Ability to read blueprints or designs (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and crate assembly environment
- Team player willing to support production as needed

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM (must be flexible for OT, including weekends if needed)
- Start Date: ASAP (must interview onsite with QA Supervisor)
