Overview
Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support production
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision components
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
Perform troubleshooting and adjustments on tooling to ensure optimal performance
Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Assist in CNC programming edits and offsets as needed
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure high-quality standards are met
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling and processes
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in tool & die making and/or CNC machining
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with CNC setup, operation, and basic programming adjustments
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team
