📍 Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
💰 Pay: $19.00/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed) Flexible to work Sat& Sun

Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Assemble custom wooden shipping crates according to client specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and follow basic blueprints or diagrams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing production team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 months of experience in crate manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or landscaping
- Basic understanding of industrial tools and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
