This is an amazing opportunity for a Manufacturing associate to work 1st shift or 2nd shift and learn and grow, and maintain quality standards.

what you'll do:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses and rotary die-cut machines.
- Feed machines with cardboard and other production materials.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Load inks, printing plates, dies, and materials according to specifications.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Ability to lift heavy materials consistently (up to 60+ lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to safety and detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and production processes
- Basic machine awareness
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience feeding or operating machines is a plus
- Experience with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Familiarity with working around industrial equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Previous Flexo Press and/or Rotary Die Cut Machine Operator experience preferred.
