Overview
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve medical products. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including picking, replenishment, put‑away, and inventory accuracy.
You’ll be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and precision — all essential in the healthcare supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve products in high‑bay racking
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy
- Replenish warehouse locations and rotate stock as needed
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track product movement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Support general warehouse tasks as assigned
Skills and Experience
Previous reach truck or high‑reach forklift experience required
Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
Healthcare/medical supply distribution experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
