What you'll do as an Inventory Control Lead:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and shipping processes
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) for stock movement
- Supervise and train inventory staff
- Operate a reach truck and/or order picker
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might Have:
- 2-5+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS (SAP desired) and Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve inventory turnover - Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and lift heavy objects
