The Role
You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our extrusion/manufacturing lines to ensure high-quality production.
- The Schedule: You’ll work 48 hours a week (Monday night through Thursday night).
- The Training: To set you up for success, you will train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) for the first two weeks before moving to your permanent night shift.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues as they arise.
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in plastic manufacturing or extrusion operation.
- Reliability: You’re a pro who shows up ready to go for your team.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to handle the physical demands of a manufacturing environment and a 12-hour shift.
