Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by safely handling and moving products, supporting shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and stage products.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and proper staging.
- Prepare products for shipment and verify accuracy.
- Maintain inventory and material movement records.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete training.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
