Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electronics‑manufacturing warehouse professional to earn $33–$38 per hour on the 1st shift, with overtime and weekend availability, while playing a key role in improving operational efficiency across inventory, kitting, receiving, and shipping. - 1st Shift: Overtime (10-hour shifts) and weekends as needed

What you'll do as: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- Oversee inventory accuracy (raw, WIP, finished goods)
- Manage receiving, material flow, kitting, and shipping
- Improve kitting efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions (Macola or similar)
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance)
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Electronics manufacturing
- 5+ years of inventory & cycle counting experience in a manufacturing warehouse
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with raw materials, material flow, and kitting
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking
- ERP experience (Macola, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
