We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join a growing furniture warehouse team in Lafayette, LA. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team, this could be the perfect job for you!
Skills and Experience
💵 Pay
$12.00 per hour
🕒 Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a floor jack and other warehouse equipment safely
- Helping assemble and build furniture
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Following safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Completing tasks assigned by the warehouse manager
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work
✅ What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and reliable work ethic
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
👕 Dress Code
- Colored shirt (Polo preferred – Blue recommended)
- Jeans or Dockers
- No baggy pants, holes in pants, jerseys, sweatpants, or basketball shorts
