What you'll do as: Paint & Assembly Technician
- Expert Spray Application: Manage and operate equipment associated with all primer, basecoat, and clear coat hand applications.
- Monitor and adjust KV settings, gun-to-part distance, and booth air flow settings for optimum coating
- Visually and mechanically inspect products for thickness and identify quality issues for correction.
- Log and interpret oven temperatures, air supply conditions, and gauge indicators.
- Manage part prepping procedures to ensure the highest quality final appearance of the product
- Maintain a clean and safe operating environment while working near moving mechanical parts
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand and frequently required to walk throughout the shift.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
