Overview
Onin Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time schedule (3 days per week). This position is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets, etc.)
- Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets)
- Interior and exterior painting as needed
- Assist with routine maintenance and work orders
- Ensure units are move-in ready and properly maintained
Skills and Experience
1+ years of apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or general maintenance experience preferred
Experience with plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, or repairing toilets
Basic electrical experience such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Painting and general repair experience in residential or apartment settings
