Skills and Experience

Beyond manual lifting, the role involves routinely moving wheeled production equipment weighing up to 500 lbs over significant distances to meet established production standards. Sensory awareness is critical, as employees must have the visual and auditory acuity necessary to recognize warning signs, alarms, and product deviations. Effective communication skills are required to comprehend safety procedures and follow written supervisory instructions or work schedules accurately. Additionally, consistent attendance and the flexibility to work overtime are essential, along with the ability to maintain CDC food handling certifications and use required safety equipment.
