Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on production work, has experience in the print or cutting world, and can adapt to a variety of tasks. The primary responsibility will be operating the Zund digital cutting system, with additional duties in packing, kitting, and general production support as needed.
What You’ll Do
• Operate Zünd cutting equipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Review job specs and ensure materials are cut to correct dimensions
• Assist with packing, kitting, and other production tasks
• Train on 1st shift initially to ensure proper onboarding and skill development
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in printing, finishing, or Zünd cutting preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Reliable, consistent attendance—someone we can count on
• Ability to work 2nd shift with slight schedule flexibility based on workload
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing a variety of production tasks
• English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish)
