The ideal candidate is quick to learn, comfortable working with small components and hand tools, and able to maintain high productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Skills and Experience
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Comfortable using small hand tools and handling small parts
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production goals consistently
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Previous assembly, electronics, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
