Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking two Maintenance Workers to assist with general building and grounds maintenance. The role involves performing a variety of tasks, including groundskeeping, light construction, and general upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grass cutting and grounds maintenance, primarily using gas-powered weed eaters on steep terrain.
- Assist with light construction, repairs, and general building maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
- Ability to operate basic maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Comfortable working on steep or uneven terrain.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
