We’re looking for a strong leader to join our team as a Manufacturing Manager! This role is responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery for our customers. Resumes to sholmes@oninstaffing.com.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage manufacturing teams and direct reports
• Oversee daily operations across forge and die shop manufacturing areas
• Manage staffing, workload, and equipment across all shifts
• Control costs and ensure products ship on time
• Lead process improvement and quality initiatives
• Conduct weekly meetings to address operational barriers
• Ensure a safe, injury-free work environment for all employees
• Support training and professional development for team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience (machining, forging, heat treat, etc.)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and financial challenges
• Proficiency with computers and business software
