What you'll do as: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- Lead and develop inventory/stockroom teams
- Drive ERP inventory accuracy and transaction discipline
- Analyze inventory trends and implement corrective actions
- Implement best practices for material flow and traceability
- Partner with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 5+ years inventory, materials, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- ERP experience (Macola, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of inventory control best practices
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or complex manufacturing environment
