Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee and manage company-wide compliance programs. This role is responsible for ensuring all operations meet regulatory requirements, including those set by OSHA, EPA, and TEQC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental compliance, safety program development, and regulatory management. This position will be located in Plainview, TX.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies and procedures across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, TEQC)
- Maintain all required registrations, permits, and reporting with regulatory agencies
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Provide employee training and leadership support on safety and environmental best practices
- Lead investigations into safety incidents and implement corrective measures
- Act as the company’s primary contact with regulatory agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience as an EHS Manager or in a senior-level EHS role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TEQC compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain compliance programs
- Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
