Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and administrative procedures
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support
  • Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits coordination
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications

Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management systems
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
