What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Administrative Assistant:
- Greet and check in drivers for pickups and coordinate shipping activity
- Process inbound and outbound shipments within SAP
- Perform high-volume data entry using SAP, Excel, and other systems
- Schedule appointments, deliveries, and customer returns via phone and email
- Create and manage picklists for production orders
- Monitor product availability and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain timekeeping records for warehouse teammates
- Scan and submit invoices to Accounts Payable
- Create purchase orders and service entries in SAP
- Support warehouse leadership with administrative tasks
- Order office supplies and maintain organized records
- Ensure all shipping documentation and processes are completed accurately
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in warehouse operations and administrative support
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Experience using SAP (highly preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, accountable, and quick to learn new systems
What Sets You Apart:
- Previous warehouse or logistics admin experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment near shipping/receiving
