We are seeking a Commercial Maintenance Electrician to support a large university campus environment consisting of academic buildings, research labs, residential facilities, and administrative spaces. This is a stable, long-term role for an electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety.

What You’ll Do
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and general repairs
- Install wiring, circuits, fixtures, and electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems
- Inspect electrical systems and identify faulty components
- Use electrical trade tools and testing equipment
- Support fire alarm systems as needed
Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of professional electrical experience (commercial or institutional preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience installing and repairing wiring, circuits, panels, fixtures, and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and trade tools
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and fire safety codes
- Experience working safely around energized systems
