What You'll Do: Shift Supervisor
- Oversee production operations
- Maintain safe equipment operation
- Escalate and report risks
- Coordinate with maintenance department
- Ensure accurate inventory control
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- HS Diploma/GED is required (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing (at least 3 years)
- Computer knowledge - Microsoft Office applications, ERP transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
