In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with retail store operations, supporting customers, driving sales, managing warehouse organization, operating a sit-down forklift, and helping lead daily operations. This position requires someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English, self-sufficient, team-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both a sales and warehouse environment.

What you'll do as a Bilingual Sales & Warehouse Assistant Manager:
- Support retail store operations and daily workflow
- Assist customers with product questions, orders, and service needs
- Drive sales and help meet store goals
- Manage customer relationships and follow up as needed
- Maintain organization throughout the store and warehouse
- Use computer systems, Excel, and Word for daily tasks
- Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
- Support leadership with scheduling, inventory, and operational needs
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Skills and Experience
- Bilingual Communication: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Assistant Retail Store Management: Previous assistant manager, lead, or retail leadership experience preferred.
- Warehouse Experience: Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and retail setting.
- Sit-Down Forklift: Sit-down forklift experience is required
- Computer Skills: Must be comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Excel Proficiency: Must be able to use Excel for tracking, organization, and reporting.
- Word Proficiency: Must be able to use Word for basic documents and communication.
- Leadership Skills: Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team.
- Customer Management: Must be able to build customer relationships and provide professional service.
- Organization: Must be able to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and support daily operations.
- Self-Sufficient: Must be able to stay on task, follow instructions, and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
- Team Oriented: Must be willing to work with others and support overall team and business goals.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time each scheduled shift.
