Laminator Assistant

Overview

• Shift Timing, is from 6am to 4pm 10 hour shift 4 days a week. Monday thru Thursday.
• Must load and unload raw material’s & finished product’s by using hoist and Armanni elevator.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Will train on reading Job jackets / Macola / Product knowledge etc.
• Knowledge on MPet, Clear film & Sheeting material’s.
• Ability to learn Laminator operation, within the job.
• Attention to details & specification’s.
• Will train on Glue check procedures every 4 to 5 hours.
• Ensure producing quality products.
• Proficient in minimal scrap methodology.
• Keep working area neat & tidy, and organized at all times.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Will train on grinding nip rollers / step rollers.
• Must wear safety glasses, when grinding Nip rollers & Step rollers.
• Mandatory steel toe shoes.
• Must watch the laminator closely when running production.
• For e.g., treater bars, glue station, nip rollers, sterlco unit, line speed, all parameters etc.
• Must follow all companies rules & regulation’s.
