What you'll do as: Warehouse Team Lead
- Loading/unloading shipments
- Checking and documenting damages
- Picking, pulling, and packing orders
- Leading daily pre-shift and end-of-day meetings
- Conducting employee evaluations and safety meetings
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- 3+ years of forklift operation experience
- 3+ years of lead experience
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
