Skills and Experience
Previous 1 year of hands-on manufacturing or Construction experience. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold). Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
