Job Details
- Position: Production Associate
- Location: Casa Grande, AZ
- Pay: $15.50/hour
- Schedule: Full-time (specific shift discussed at interview)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Operate equipment as trained by supervisors or experienced personnel
- Monitor product quality throughout production
- Participate in cross-training across line positions
- Perform startup and shutdown procedures as directed
- Maintain accurate counts and complete production documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Attend safety meetings and participate in safety audits
- Complete general labor duties as needed to meet production goals
Skills and Experience
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in food or chemical manufacturing a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Familiar with SOPs and production safety protocols
- Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Clear understanding of Lockout/Tagout and Hazard Communication procedures
- Ability to read and follow signage and safety instructions
- Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
