We are currently seeking a Bilingual Translator (Spanish/English) to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Madison, AL. This is a first-shift position with stable, full-time hours.

The Bilingual Translator will support communication between English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking teammates on the production floor. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication related to safety, training, and daily operations.

Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Translate verbal instructions between supervisors and production teammates
- Assist with new hire orientations and on-the-job training
- Support safety communication and documentation
- Help address and resolve workplace questions or concerns
- Maintain clear, professional communication in a manufacturing setting
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work 12-hour first shifts
- Previous translation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
