Overview
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Translator for a first shift (12-hour shift) position in a manufacturing environment located in Madison, Alabama.
🏭 Position Overview
The translator will support communication between English-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking teammates on the production floor. This role plays a key part in safety, training, and daily operations.
🗣️ Responsibilities
• Translate verbal instructions between supervisors and teammates
• Assist during orientations and training
• Support safety communication and documentation
• Help resolve workplace questions and concerns
• Maintain professional and clear communication on the floor
Skills and Experience
✅ Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable and able to work a 12-hour first shift
• Previous translating or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
