Warehouse Clerk – Receiving & Inventory
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored and documented within our warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
- Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately record received inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Label, tag, and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and clean receiving and storage areas
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and general warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
