Overview

Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate items.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through.

Order & Account Management
• Enter and update customer orders in the system with accuracy.
• Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Assist with account setup, billing questions, and documentation needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support customer needs.
• Communicate product issues, delays, or trends to management for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office tasks as needed.
• Support special projects and company initiatives.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and customer management systems (ERP experience is a plus).
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.
