What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and work procedures
- Assemble components according to drawings, Bills of Materials, and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure high standards
- Use hand tools, air tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete calibration and documentation as required
- Package finished goods and process shipping paperwork
- Inspect and repair returned materials (RMA) as needed
- Maintain production pace and meet daily efficiency standards
- Report quality, equipment, or material issues to leadership
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-focused mindset with flexibility to assist where needed
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime when required
