Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking two skilled and reliable Electrical Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Madison, AL. This role supports electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical experience, can read basic schematics, and follows safety procedures at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical components and systems
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
Skills and Experience
Experience
Previous experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role preferred
Knowledge of electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams
Understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures
Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
