Overview
Primary Function of Position:
Machining components for part orders, stock orders, piece work and repairs to our machinery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. CNC Programming
2. Set up work pieces
3. Maintenance
4. First Article Inspection
Skills and Experience
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Prefer high school diploma or GED.
• Must have basic knowledge of reading and writing.
• Must be able to read and understand warning and safety regulations. • Must be able to follow repetitive work and follow verbal instructions. • Must be able to perform precise work to close tolerances.
• Must have good organizational and reasoning capabilities
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Experience using Mazak is not necessary but would be appreciated
