Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and careful handling of products.
Pick and stage orders according to production schedules or shipping requirements.
Inspect reach truck equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas, including storage racks and aisles.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient workflow.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Support other warehouse operations as assigned, including packaging or shipping tasks.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating reach trucks or similar warehouse equipment is preferred.
Ability to safely operate a reach truck and pass the required reach truck driving test.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends if required.
