Overview
Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring experienced Cherry Picker / Order Picker Operators for a warehouse and distribution facility. This position requires operating equipment at elevated heights and working in a fast-paced environment to support daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- 1st shift:7am to 3pm.
- Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: $18.50/hr.
Requirements:
- Pick and pull stock orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate a Raymond Order Picker and other material handling equipment (MHE).
- Operate equipment up to 40 feet above ground level.
- Use RF scan gun to track and verify inventory.
- Utilize basic computer skills for order processing and tracking.
- Organize and stack pallets properly and safely.
- Understand warehouse locations and layout for efficient picking.
- Follow pick, pack, and ship procedures.
- Monitor, maintain, and investigate issues regarding orders.
- Assist receiving and put-away teams as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ year of recent experience operating a cherry picker/order picker in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Experience working at elevated heights up to 40 feet.
- Forklift or other MHE certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

- Warehouse/distribution center setting.
- Operating equipment at heights up to 40 feet.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and move pallets and materials.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
