CNC Operator

Overview

  • Operate CMC machines on the production floor
  • Load raw materials and unload finished goods
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues
  • Inspect products for quality and defects
  • Follow safety rules and warehouse procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Hands-on experience operating production or industrial machinery
  • Experience working with computer-controlled or automated equipment preferred
  • Familiarity with quality control inspections and defect identification
  • Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Ability to read work orders, measurements, and production documentation
  • Experience meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic troubleshooting experience and ability to report mechanical issues
  • Prior experience working rotating shifts, overtime, or extended hours a plus
