Skills and Experience
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Assist with unit turnovers and general property upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and exterior grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Use personal vehicle to travel between properties as needed
