We are Hiring IT Hardware Technicians.! This is an amazing opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to earn $22.00 to $29.00 hourly on 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge server hardware technology
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing server components Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot servers and components
- Disassemble and reassemble units using proper tools and equipment
- Enter repair data accurately into the QMS system
- Inspect products for quality and correct labeling
- Document and communicate repair issues to engineering and quality teams
- Order correct replacement parts as needed
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- 6 months–1 year technical repair experience (servers or related hardware)
- 6 months–1 year experience testing/debugging electromechanical assemblies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CompTIA and/or CCNA certification is a plus
- Comfortable working in Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
Good visual and color perception
