Overview
(Pay will vary on client and shift) Onin Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team for the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to safety and efficiency. Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly documenting the movement of materials. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing, cleaning, and preparing products for shipment.
Skills and Experience
Preferred skills: Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse, logistics or produce environment. Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50lbs Reliable Transportation Experience in fast paced environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with computer systems Availability to work the 1st shift and occasional overtime as needed Needs to know either sit down or stand up forklift (Min of 6 months)
