Overview
We are urgently hiring Binder / Finishing Operators to support high-volume printing and production operations at our Liberty, MO facility. This is a high-priority role, and we are actively interviewing candidates who are ready to start quickly.
Operate bindery and finishing equipment to complete printed products
Perform quality checks to ensure finished materials meet customer specifications
Load, unload, and stage materials throughout the finishing process
Follow safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support team production goals and assist with other finishing tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
Prior bindery, finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
