Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our warehouse operations by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to shipments and inventory. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, and warehouse staff to ensure exceptional service and accurate fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability Enter, track, and update customer orders using warehouse systems Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Investigate and resolve shipping errors, delivery delays, returns, and damaged goods Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates, and service issues Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and potential delays Generate shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, and related documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures


Skills and Experience

1–3 years of experience in customer service environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and warehouse/order management systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory systems, and warehouse workflow preferred Office space within or adjacent to warehouse environment Occasional walking or standing on warehouse floor May require occasional overtime or shift flexibility
