Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating inventory and shipments, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, leads by example, and keeps operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse staff during daily operations
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product handling
- Enforce safety procedures, cleanliness, and company policies
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Communicate with management regarding workflow, issues, and improvements
- Assist with resolving operational or staffing challenges
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or inventory system knowledge
- Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift as needed

Skills and Experience
Experience Needed
- Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous supervisor, team lead, or lead warehouse role preferred
- Experience overseeing daily operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Familiarity with inventory control and basic warehouse reporting
- Experience enforcing safety rules and productivity standards
