$17.00/hour
Join a hardworking grounds crew and take pride in maintaining a beautiful 136-acre campus. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to keep the grounds safe, clean, and looking their best year-round.
As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will:
- Perform general grounds and facilities maintenance
- Mow, prune, weed-eat, fertilize, plant, and collect leaves
- Assist with light irrigation and dirt work
- Collect trash and maintain clean work areas
- Move and arrange furniture, partitions, and equipment for internal relocations
- Support campus safety during winter by clearing snow and ice
- Operate equipment such as mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
Skills and Experience
At least 9 months of general labor experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow defined procedures and work independently
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
