Overview

Job Duties:

  • Operate and set up laminating machines to bond materials such as paper, foil, and plastic

  • Adjust machine settings including temperature, pressure, and adhesive levels

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and meet specifications

  • Identify defects and make necessary adjustments

  • Complete required production and quality paperwork

Skills and Experience

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working in a continuous manufacturing environment
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $15.50/hr

2nd Shift:

  • 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or

  • 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM | $16.00/hr
